Klover Architects worked closely with the owners of Lashbrook Companies to develop a ground up design for a mixed-use building in the 135th street corridor of Leawood. By coupling ground floor retail and restaurant space with multi-story office buildings and 184 apartment units, we are able to create an urban fabric unique to the Leawood area. This 6.7 acre complex spans around the South-West corner of 135th and Kenneth - a new pedestrian live/work/play experience. Klover Architects is offering full scope services; overseeing the entire design process; from preliminary city planning and renderings to construction documents and construction administration.
