Overlooking the Kansas City skyline, Briarcliff Village is a modern interpretation of a Tuscan Hill town, featuring Al-Fresco dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment. The sloping site provides ground-level entrances for office suites located above upscale retailers. The detailed lifestyle center includes protected arcade walkways, colorful awnings, and tower elements at nodes of interest, gathering spaces, and access locations.

Klover Architects provided documentation and construction administration along with design assistance for this one-of-a-kind upscale seafood restaurant. The styling incorporates elements from rural Italian architecture.
