Klover architects were responsible for conceptual site planning and schematic design studies for a lifestyle addition to the existing 1.5 million square foot Willowbrook mall in suburban Houston.  This addition will provide much needed identity and give the mall a competitive edge, along with unique shopping and restaurant opportunities.  The mall, originally built in 1981, hosts 19 million shoppers a year and is a top grossing suburban mall in Houston.
