The Trails is an extremely large mixed-use destination development. Upon completion, it will feature more than 1,000,000 sf of retail, restaurant, and hotel space along with 1,500,000 sf of campus like office space. The Trails will also feature a new 18,500-seat stadium to house the Kansas City major league soccer team along with 12 state-of-the-art tournament soccer fields that will draw 750,000 players and their families each year.
