Klover Architects worked closely with the owners of EPC real estate in developing a new urban streetscape in historic downtown Delano featuring a new 5 story apartment building with 204 units over a podium parking garage, a 4 story 90 key hotel, and a public transportation hub.

The grand opening of Delano apartment phase known as 225 Sycamore in early Fall of 2021 was huge milestone event for the West District. This modern industrial design features high end luxury apartments alongside an iconic central courtyard. This multi-terraced deck features a massive pool complete with infinity edge, integral fire pit and a wide variety of lounge chairs and social spaces.
