1500 Meadowlake, is a 213 unit adaptive reuse mixed-use complex on Meadow Lake Parkway and Stateline Road in Kansas City, MO. This mid-century modern / industrial themed community revamps the existing office building into over 7,000 SF of amenity space, 4,500 SF of retail / office and apartment units, and then adds on a connected single level podium parking garage with wood framed 3 and 4 story apartments above with 2 separate exterior courtyards. Major amenities include a pool deck, fitness facility, pub and lounge, event kitchen, golf simulator, spa, and sauna. Klover Architects provided full scope services, overseeing the entire design process; from preliminary city planning and renderings to construction documents and construction administration. Construction is slated for completion in 2026.
