Plum Farms is a mixed-use development that includes 252,000 sf of retail/restaurant, 47,500 office, and 230 residential units. Located in the Village of Hoffman Estates, a suburban area on the northwest side of Chicago, Plum Farms creates a town center by intersecting two ‘city’ streets with a large arcade-lined feature park plaza for community events, live performances,  fund raisers, sidewalk sales and relaxing.  Varying hardscape surfaces, well defined pedestrian pathways and lush landscaping add to the charm and appeal of the Plum Farms destination experience.
