17th and Madison is a three story apartment building on the corner of 17th St. and Madison Avenue in downtown Kansas City for EPC real estate. This urban infill development features 32 high end apartment units over a 1 level podium garage structure, while the adjacent site to the south contains four multi-story town homes fronting Madison Avenue. The project completed construction in Spring of 2020.
