Village of Tamarron

Tamarron is a mixed-use, new urbanism styled commercial town center that will integrate both a 55+ active retirement village and an assisted living center.  Our goal for the village is to encourage a sense of community with a neighborhood feel within a town that exemplifies warmth and charm.  The project will encompass 38 acres and feature 140,000 sf of retail, restaurant and office space.  Along with the retail component the village will include a 75,000 sf 80 key hotel and 130,000 sf 90 unit apartment/condominium.
